Hawai'i & ColoradoDr. Lee is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in both Hawai'i and Colorado. Her approach draws from Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral frameworks, with a flexible, patient-centered philosophy.
She helps individuals uncover their strengths, explore the emotional roots of behavioral patterns, and reconnect with their sense of identity — especially during times of crisis. Her goal is to support clients in making thoughtful, values-based decisions that promote personal growth.
Dr. Lee earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, followed by her M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the APA-accredited Hawai'i School of Professional Psychology. She completed her clinical internship through an APPIC-accredited forensic program with the State of Hawai'i Adult Mental Health Division, and later served as an in-patient mental health provider at the O'ahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC) under the Hawai'i State Department of Public Safety before transitioning into private practice.
Rooted in her upbringing and education in Hawai'i, Dr. Lee brings cultural sensitivity and respect for the unique dynamics of local and rural communities to her practice. Outside of work, she finds balance through time with loved ones and enjoys activities such as hiking, biking, paddling, yoga, music, and mindfulness — practices that help her stay grounded and connected to nature and the present moment.
Dr. Lee believes we all have within us the potential for growth and change. Treatment is uniquely customized to each patient — offered in a collaborative, private, and supportive atmosphere.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Lee serves as a clinical partner and therapist with Routt County Crisis Support's First Responder Wellness Program and volunteers with the Routt County Peer Support and Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT), providing therapeutic support to emergency responders and their families in Routt County, Colorado. These programs serve Steamboat Springs Fire & Rescue, Steamboat Springs Police Department, Routt County Sheriff's Office, North Routt Fire Protection, West Routt Fire Protection, Yampa Fire Protection, Oak Creek Fire Protection, Classic Air Medical, Steamboat Ski Patrol, Routt County Search & Rescue, and Routt County Communications (Dispatch).

As the spouse of a long-serving, multi-career first responder, Dr. Lee brings both professional expertise and personal insight to supporting those who dedicate themselves to protecting others.
"Those who serve others carry burdens that are rarely seen. Strength is not the absence of struggle — it is showing up, again and again, even when the weight is heavy. Caring for those who care for us is not only a privilege; it is a responsibility."— Tiffany C. Lee, Psy.D.
Telehealth appointments are available for patients residing in Hawai'i and Colorado. Dr. Lee is available Monday through Friday by appointment only.
